Menrva Search is looking for a VP Delivery for one of their fintech clients in Singapore who are transforming financial customer engagement experience by innovating creative state-of-the-art technology solutions. You will lead the project management team to oversee SaaS solution customisation and launches for large bank clients.
Requirements
Main Objectives of the Role:
- Mentor, lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Project Directors across 4 global locations;
- Manage and drive project management excellence through implementation of risk reporting and using project governance best practices;
- Be the senior point of contact to set project objectives and to resolve any escalated issues with the relevant stakeholders;
- Drive and continuously develop technical talent and expertise through leadership, collaborative team building and resourcing strategies.
Core Skills:
- Degree holder
- 5+ years leadership experience within a PMO role
- Governance and project budget management
- Best practice for project deliverables
- Digital Banking
- Agile & Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player, with an ability to connect with others in the project team and external clients
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring globally distributed teams and business partners.
