Menrva Rec2Rec is looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for a client who is a pre-Series B EdTech start up in Singapore, backed by leading venture capital investors in the region. Ideal candidate would be an experienced TA partner who is passionate to drive the company’s mission and deliver quality hires.
Requirements
Main Objectives of the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for attracting and recruiting top technology talent;
- Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance and ensure the very best candidate experience possible;
- Understand the job requirements and expectations to ensure candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria;
- Propose, execute and monitor talent attraction and hiring methods to increase the quality and number of applications;
- Build meaningful, professional and impactful relationships internally and with the talent network;
- Bring a positive mindset to influence and educate talents and enable the company to scale and grow efficiently;
- Be a champion and ambassador of the company’s values.
Core Skills:
- 5+ years of in-house or agency experience in full-cycle recruiting;
- Software development or digital marketing recruitment experience will be an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods;
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
- Knowledge of HR practices and proven experience in developing compensation packages;
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
- Experience in working in tech start-up will be a plus.
