One of the big names in online payments who give developers, publishers and other leading digital content providers the perfect platform to monetize their products in places where credit and debit cards aren’t widely used are now in search of a Talent Acquisition Lead to help accelerate its growth not only across Asia but across the globe. In this fast-paced, challenging, fun and rapidly growing environment, you will be a key player in initiating new ideas as well as managing junior TA’s/Recruiters across the internal talent discipline in this heavyweight digital payment organisation. 

In this newly created role, the first-ever TA Lead will scale the global recruitment program and help deliver on some ambitious yet achievable growth plans. Since the beginning of 2020 this market leader has grown by 300%, however, the search is on for the candidate who can take the internal acquisition department to the next level!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a team of in-house recruiters who cover a variety of business and tech roles on a global scale

  • Manage all internal recruitment requirements for the senior leadership team and executive hires

  • Scale the end-to-end recruitment process to hire the very best talent available 

  • Strategize & implement short and long-term initiatives for your team to build a strong and robust talent pool with continuous pipelines

  • Implement a strategy on candidate experience and engagement 

  • Attracting top quality talent by overseeing all relevant branding across internal talent

The requirements will be:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years’ global recruitment experience in a fast-growing tech company

  • A strong track record of leading a regional or global in-house recruitment team

  • You will need to demonstrate that you are highly motivated, a team player, process-oriented, resourceful and are keen to make a lasting impact in a fast-growing Tech organisation

  • You will have excellent communication skills i.e., a charismatic communicator who can build strong rapport and business relationships with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders.
