To be successful in this role:
- You will be a sales driven, goal orientated individual
- Have experience in full-lifecycle recruiting for FinTech/Tech/SaaS
- A team player yet capable of operating autonomously
- Possess high level of written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of morals, ethics and professionalism
- Demonstrate market intelligence in your current vertical
- A proven track record in delivering on and winning new business
- Successful in developing and maintaining strong business relationships
