Main Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of project management experience.
- SAP project management experience preferred along with strong techno-functional knowledge specifically in the areas of SAP SD/LE.
- As an SAP Project Manager your focus will include but is not be limited to: Management of On-, Near-, and Offshore teams and the ability to work with large, decentralized project teams.
- Familiarity with market leading project accelerators.
- Working with the development and consulting teams to deliver SAP Services and solutions.
- Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Strong communication skills. Able to discuss in depth technical issues with development and functional teams.
- Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.
- The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical.
- Needs to be able to lead client meetings and effectively execute on project deliverables and timelines.
Requirements:
- Project management experience, with at least 4 – 5 cycles managing large, distributed projects.
- Top notch verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with VP and higher levels of the organization.
- E-commerce domain experience preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to client locations if required
- English speaking and writing
- Own and manage weekly reporting, status updates, risk management in an Agile scrum environment.
- Agile methodologies.
- Experience with knowledge of project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.
