Employing close to 100 staff across 6 international locations this well recognised recruitment brand has a great name in its chosen field hence this is an excellent opportunity to be with a company that is already at the forefront of its specialised markets.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of dedicated individuals to be the best they can be
- Full P&L responsibly for the Singapore Business
- Train & develop new and existing staff
- Encouraging & developing a tight knit team
- Manage / Bill simultaneously (Billing Manager)
- Hold the title of Director / KAH
In this autonomous Team Leadership / Management role you will manage, coach, mentor and develop an already successful culture to the next level. You will be an experienced, influential, and well networked senior lead/team lead who is ready to take it to the next level or you will already have some degree of D level management experience. A self-motivated individual who displays energy & enthusiasm. This is a fast-paced collaborative environment so it’s important that the stand out candidate has the attitude, drive and motivation to be on the winning side.
To capture this role you will require:
- Previous recruitment experience is a must preferably in real estate / property / construction / engineering
- A demonstrated billing ability
- Experience in managing / leading a team of recruitment professionals
- Influence the future of this company across Asia
- Competitive, confident and resilient
- Highly ambitious tendencies
- A solid track record in developing professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills
