This medium sized boutique who even through Covid had a major growth spurt now has an immediately available vacancy to oversee and grow its Technology discipline in Singapore. Continually bolting on new markets to recruit in, this well-known specialist across several sectors is building out Tech and has a real need for an experienced Lead to take the reins and drive the team to further success.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of dedicated individuals to be the best they can be
- Train & develop new and existing staff
- Introduce and develop new Tech verticals to recruit in
- Encouraging & developing a tight knit team
- Manage / Bill simultaneously (Billing Manager)
In this Management role you will manage, coach, mentor and develop an already successful Tech Team culture to the next level. You will be an experienced, influential, and well networked senior lead/team lead who is ready to take it to the next level or you will already have a track record in developing staff. A self-motivated individual who displays energy & enthusiasm. This is a fast-paced collaborative working environment.
To capture this role you will require:
- Experience in any Technology recruitment vertical
- A demonstrated billing ability
- Some degree of managing / leading a team of recruitment professionals
- Competitive, confident and resilient
- Highly ambitious tendencies
- A solid track record in developing professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills
