This medium sized boutique firm with an incredible AI type culture is now in search of a Senior Consultant/ Team lead to help manage and grow its Technology discipline in Singapore. A true Tech specialist with grand designs to project itself to the forefront of the recruitment sector with its Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities could be looking for someone just like you?
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team small team of dedicated individuals
- Train & develop new and existing staff
- Lead from the front with a “can do” attitude
- Encouraging & developing this tight knit team
In this Management role you will manage, coach, mentor and develop an already successful Tech Team to the next level. You will be an experienced, influential, and well networked senior lead/team lead who is ready to take it to the next level or you will already have a track record in developing staff. A self-motivated individual who displays energy & enthusiasm. This is a fast-paced collaborative working environment.
Please note, this is a non-billing role where the major objective is to let your knowledge and experience cascade down to your team.
To capture this role you will require:
- Experience in any Technology recruitment vertical
- A demonstrated real desire to manage and mentor
- Competitive, confident and resilient
- Highly ambitious tendencies with a collaborative way of working
- A solid track record in developing professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills
