Menrva Consulting is looking for Test engineers who have complete knowledge of various testing processes and methodologies. You will design and implement tests that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product. You will be involved in all phases of the testing program, from designing the test parameters to troubleshooting errors, and writing up final test procedures and reporting their results to collaborate on fixing program bugs or problems.
Main objectives of the role:
- Create, update and report on test pieces using JIRA, like execution of test cases, raising, monitoring, tracking and resolution of defect.
- Ensure test case inventory and traceability matrix is fully completed and authenticated to business requirements.
- Able to step up and take a lead in the absence of test manager.
- Build and retain successful relationships across departments and project teams.
- Share updates and report on project status in a timely manner.
- Thrive on continuous improvement of test artefact standardisation and testing guides.
Core Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Flexible with strong problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service, written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Team contributor with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude to cope with high pressure work environment
