Job Description
Menrva Search is looking for experienced Solutions Consultants to be based in Singapore and Thailand, for one of its global Financial Services clients. This is a key role within the firm’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) delivery team, where the ideal candidate will be responsible to fully understand, explain, promote and integrate PaaS products on behalf of the business.
Requirements
Main objectives of therRole:
- Formulate solutions based on industry best practices by understanding the requirements of prospective clients and existing customers;
- Drive scoping of projects, including configuring and delivering Proof of Concept projects;
- Analyse new requirements or change requests and propose solutions to meet expectations;
- Help define proposition and product requirements by translating customer requirements into scope of work documentation;
- Stay abreast of the latest industry specific developments and take customer feedback into account to propose new products for development;
- Assist in final testing before product release;
- Define and rollout operation processes;
- Provide advice and guidance to customers in respect of delivering a compliant platform;
- Coach, mentor, line manage and motivate team members to deliver excellent outcomes.
Core Skills:
- Degree holder;
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and build relationships;
- Commercial awareness and thorough understanding of platform target operating model;
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliant platform regulatory environment;
- Knowledge of relevant markets and industry knowledge of general investment, life, wealth and pensions products will be an added advantage;
- Finance, technology or project management experience will also be an added advantage.
