Menrva Group is building its Consulting team to provide services to its APAC client base. Our clients are from the financial services industry where the majority of them are Tier 1 global investment banks and industry leading buy side firms. We are looking for a purpose-driven software engineer to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate must enjoy establishing meaningful relationships with key enterprise clients, have a strong business and technical grasp and have an ability to architect .Net/Sharepoint solutions.
Main objectives of the role:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and plan detailed project life cycle.
- Liaise and lead on requirement gathering to document and support both business and production enhancement goals.
- Test and validate applications and system to ensure bugs and error are completely fixed.
- Stay abreast of latest technology trends and develop/conduct training programs to advise clients on its applicability.
- Manage customer relationships by designing, developing and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Scope, design, validate, refine and present solutions to advanced product concepts and future direction.
- Identify potential opportunities and develop proposals and financial estimates for client consulting projects.
Core skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and automated testing with sound knowledge of software development process.
- Proven exposure to cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build long lasting relationships with customers.
- Extremely strong consulting skills – stakeholder interviews, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
