Menrva Search is looking for an experienced M365 consultant to join one of their client’s Singapore team who is a global telecom and technology giant. The ideal candidate must be passionate about technology and have excellent business acumen. They will be responsible for growing the Microsoft Workspace portfolio of the business across South East Asia.
Requirements
Main objectives of the role:
- Work closely with Sales specialist to exceed sales target by identifying, winning and delivering world class projects to customers across SE Asia;
- Develop solution proposals and articulate the design and approach strategy;
- Take ownership of the technical delivery of the project and guide delivery team to successfully develop and deploy proposed solution to customers;
- Develop opportunities through internal sales teams and through direct customer business development activities;
- Assist the sales team to shape and influence client initiatives by developing consulting project/programs with clients;
- Stay abreast of and drive Microsoft 365 best practices.
Core skills:
- Degree holder;
- 6+ years of experience in customer management, development, enterprise consulting and solutions development;
- Excellent knowledge of design, configuration and migration to Microsoft 365 environments;
- Proven exposure to various methodologies, best practices and technologies;
- General understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Automation;
- Good knowledge of systems infrastructure, networking, monitoring and supporting tooling;
- Proven ability to implement proposed solution;
- Good knowledge of security fundamentals;
- Strong technical sales and consultative selling skills;
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills with an ability to drive solutions for customers;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
