Menrva Search is looking for an all-rounded individual who can drive the full operational and commercial management of a successful Singaporean eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate must be an extraordinary business leader in technology services who is passionate about building high performance teams to drive digital transformation with customers and employees and deliver a world-class service.
Requirements
Main objectives of the role:
- Lead a high growth company through transformational change and build a scalable, operationally excellent technology/service delivery organisation;
- Identify, develop and implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans for the business with clear measurable performance and growth objectives;
- Prepare and implement annual budget and capital expenditure for business operation;
- Oversee change initiatives by continuously demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology transformation occurring in the eCommerce space;
- Provide a competitive edge for the business by driving and implementing a culture of high performance and innovation in designing product offerings, positioning and operating models;
- Shape overall corporate strategy, design and implement operational plans and actions to ensure support services, staffing, facilities, systems and capacity are at required levels;
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients to improve client loyalty and client experience.
Core skills:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced growing technology company;
- A broad-based background with proven critical technical knowledge and skills;
- Strong commercial, financial and operational background, with an ability to apply appropriate principles;
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Desire to expand technical knowledge/skills and an ability to keep abreast of own area of expertise;
- Strong leadership, drive and ability to inspire and develop teams;
- Strong decision-making, problem solving, critical thinking and influencing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Prior experience within the eCommerce sector as COO or MD will be highly regarded.
