Menrva Search has partnered with a Commodities Trading firm in Singapore who are urgently looking for a HR Business partner. This is a stand alone role for a business of around 80 people.
We ideally are looking for candidates with around 10 years of experience or more and have covered all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition.

Core Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 10+ years of working experience in related field
- Proven working experience as HRBP
- Hands-on experience in HR operations & software (Work Pass, HRIS etc.)
- Proven experience in developing clear and fair company policies
- Proactive, result oriented with excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- People person with an ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
