How You’ll Make a Difference

You will support your assigned geographic area’s growth plan including the development of stakeholder relationships and engagement to raise the profile of the firm and to build meaningful and sustainable relationships with customers in the region. You will also provide insight on key activities and focus areas regarding effective usage and leverage of resources, as well as recommendations around key relationships, interactions, and events.

You will provide operational support for the development of the assigned area(s) roadmap and corresponding business plan to deliver a customer centric service delivery model, this will include working in both the B2B and B2C environment. Additionally, you will drive the integrated cohesive delivery and progress of the area(s) roadmap by partnering with all functional areas & channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for the development of the assigned area(s) roadmap and corresponding business plan to deliver a customer centric service delivery model.  Includes B2B and B2C.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive range of most recent insights, metrics, external and internal inputs, consolidated reports and analysis thereof, presentations and various types of communications for stakeholder groups.  Confirm leading practice outputs.
  • Support the development of strong and effective relationships, engagements and progress outcomes with key accounts, Council members and customers as well as help increase the four regional value drivers (Growth, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Nett Promoter Score (NPS) and leadership)
  • In partnership with the Market Research team, identify and assess relevant, potentially complex data and make recommendations about data to include in area plans and organization reporting.  Utilize information available in various parts of the organization to ensure full and complete understanding of organization profiles and ensure dissemination among area(s) business development teams.
  • Actively participate in the planning, delivery and follow up of assigned events, meetings, calls, forums, and social media platforms to increase brand awareness; focus on high level executive events.  Assist in the coordination or creation of content and stakeholder activities.  Support execution of established campaigns.
  • In conjunction with the firm’s product teams (e.g. Council, Events), respond to internal day to day communications with stakeholders, participate in the periodic calls, and generate input to market initiatives and programs that concretely drive progress.
  • Oversee key processes related to account management, and achievement of established goals and objectives, including monitoring of relationship development status, opportunity identification, and closing of agreements. Coordinate area(s) efforts to ensure vibrant relationships with all accounts.
  • Keep abreast of immediate and long‐term commitments and plans; identify conflicts, flag problems for management intervention and make changes as appropriate.  Prompt follow up and progress for deliverables.
  • Develop and sustain effective, flexible, collaborative working relationships with staff, vendors, members, Chapters, and volunteers in the course of responsibilities.  Be knowledgeable about and sensitive to cultural differences and ensure that all interactions are respectful, clear and understood.
  • Stay abreast of current developments and trends in area of responsibility.  Exercise creativity and acumen with regard to knowledge research and networking with colleagues.  Provide feedback and related recommendations as applicable.
  • Perform special projects with the ability to take conceptual discussions, facilitate conclusions, and translate into tangible actions.
  • Be able to use a CRM system to input, monitor and track business opportunities

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • University degree in business, marketing or related area. Advanced education desired.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high volume relationship development/service corporate environment; product experience or similar scope experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to handle proactive engagement and coordination with multiple stakeholders, roles and specializations.
  • Outcomes‐ driven, proactive, analytical, design and strategic thinker across end to end planning, design, integration and delivery.
  • International work environment exposure and familiarity preferred. Multiple language skills advantageous.
