A global telecom and technology giant client of ours is looking for an outgoing and purpose-driven enterprise sales professional to join their Singapore team. The ideal candidate must enjoy establishing meaningful relationships with key clients, have a strong business acumen and be passionate about technology. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new accounts, building strategic relationships with key client leaders, driving pipeline activity and increasing revenues with new business opportunities for the company.
Main objectives of the role:
- Research and understand the competition and opportunities in the market
- Prepare an overall enterprise sales plan, leading and managing the sales process, including developing the sale, negotiating contract terms and closing the deal
- Develop and execute joint partner business plans with the goal to meet and exceed the company’s target growth and margin targets
- Complete customer discovery, identifying key value drivers and identifying the correct product offering to pitch
- Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition to prospective customers
- Acquire direct account ownership, signing and fulfilling contract, building and expanding strategic relationships with customers
- Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and identify opportunities to build active pipeline and address client needs
- Drive the internal resources to deliver product presentations and proposals by engagement, negotiating contract and ensuring sales outcome.
Core skills:
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in business development and solution selling to large and medium sized enterprise organisations
- Proven exposure to various methodologies, best practices and technologies
- Strong technical sales and consultative selling skills
- Experience with both agile methodologies and agile estimation techniques and traditional estimation scoping and pricing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build long lasting relationships with customers
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with strong drive and proven skills to manage resources to engage with customer and achieve objectives.
