Menrva Rec2Rec are conducting a search for an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for a client who is a pre-Series B EdTech start up in Singapore, backed by leading venture capital investors in the region. The ideal candidate would be an experienced TA partner who is passionate to drive the company’s mission and deliver quality internal hires across several functions including technology and commercial.
Main Objectives of the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for attracting and recruiting top talent
- Own, manage and drive full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to acceptance and ensure the very best candidate experience possible
- Understand the job requirements and expectations to ensure candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria
- Propose, execute and monitor talent attraction and hiring methods to increase the quality and number of applications
- Build meaningful, professional and impactful relationships internally stakeholders
- Bring a positive mindset to sell and influence enabling the company to scale and grow efficiently;
- Be a champion and ambassador of company values
Core Skills:
- 3+ years of in-house or agency experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Software development or digital marketing recruitment experience will be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of HR practices and proven experience in developing compensation and retention strategies
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Experience in working in tech start-up would be extremely advantageous
