Our client is a sustainability-tech venture firm who enable decentralised operations in essential industries to unlock energy savings and sustainability gains by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Internet-of-things.
We are looking for an innovative and astute B2B Head of Product for our client to step into a central role in developing and executing the product vision. You’ll be a champion for customer empathy – constantly raising the bar for great user experience, with direct impact to environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate must be ambitious, a fast learner and deeply enjoy a meaningful adventure.
Main Objectives of the Role:
- To strategise and build Intelligent Energy & Asset Management platform.
- Lead the discovery and design of the customer’s key job-to-be-done and customer journeys, analyse competition products and determine the firm’s positioning.
- Play a significant role in defining the product roadmap, platform design and features prioritisation, working closely with the CTO.
- Roll out products with an agile/scrum approach and using innovation methodologies.
- Champion growth by delivering a great product platform fast to enable us to expand across markets of choice.
- Lead teams and develop high-performing talent by coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Develop meaningful relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders to improve trust, loyalty and experience.
Core Skills:
- A degree holder with prior product management experience in SaaS, preferably B2B.
- Strong foundational knowledge in UX, User-Centered Design and Human Centric Design.
- Strong exposure to workflow management products, IoT and sustainability use cases.
- A fast learner with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have a knack for creating structures and systems to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent organisational leadership, stakeholder relationship building and project management skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem solving, critical thinking and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing globally distributed teams and business partners.
