Menrva Search are representing a rapidly expanding technology company, focused on architecting, building & operating cloud native applications, data streams, platforms and services. Their solutions are centred around AWS and best of breed technology. From a stand-still start in 2014, they’ve grown to over 400 headcount in APAC, both locally and internationally, with a diversified offering in professional services, managed services and product. We are looking for an experienced Practice -Business Director for them who can deliver amazing results in long term consulting outcomes by increasing their customer base, sales and net growth.
Main objectives of the role:
- Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets
- Shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them
- Lead the sales, marketing and customer service functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand
- Direct all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high-quality service
- Work directly with the customer to develop solution and commercial outcome for client engagements
- Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share
- Build, mentor, coach, foster and support cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
Core Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus
- 15 years of minimum experience covering the practice field/industry
- 5 experience highly desired in growth roles
- Demonstrated use of analytical skills to interpret research information accurately and formulate suitable customer centric solutions and sales strategies
- Strong organisational leadership, interpersonal and administrative capabilities to continuously drive results
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player, with an ability to connect with both in-house and outsourced parties
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring and supervising globally distributed teams and business partners.
