Menrva Search is looking for a talented Technology Information Security Officer for one of our leading global insurance clients, to join their Singapore team. TISO will have ownership of system and information and will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining standards, procedures and guidelines to promote the security and uninterrupted operation of systems.
Requirements
Main Objectives of the Role:
- Strategically plan, develop and administer an effective Information Security program;
- Perform network vulnerability analysis on business applications throughout its development lifecycle;
- Identify and report Information Security issues/gaps and propose recommendations to mitigate risks that may cause serious financial or information loss;
- Plan, propose, implement and enforce security controls to protect information systems;
- Drive improvements to Information Security policies, framework, standards, procedures and best practices and promote awareness;
- Stay abreast of current threat and cyber security events to provide subject matter expertise in application development lifecycle.
Core Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, influencing and negotiation skills;
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills;
Team contributor with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude to cope with high pressure work environment;
Excellent risk analysis, IT service management, Program or Project Management skills;
Knowledge and experience with networking concepts, protocols and services;
Knowledge and experience of SDLC, Agile/Iterative, DevOps/DevSecOps and integration with security assessment;
Good understanding of Information Security control areas like Authentication/Authorization, Access Controls, Entitlement, Cryptography, Encryption, Vulnerability Management, Network, Application/System Security.
